Yusuzu is the juice from yuzu, which is a Japanese citrus fruit with an intense sour and sweet taste. The skin of the fruit is very thick and therefore it is quite costly to make the juice from it. On the other hand, it is so aromatic that usually only a few drops need to be used in a dish before it's filled with the wonderful aroma of yuzu.
