The ramen from Igarashi is 100% vegan and of the highest quality. The noodles are not deep fried and they are thick with a really delicious bite. One serving is cooked in just 3.5 minutes.
This variant is with the taste of Hakata Tonkotsu, which is a traditional thick ramen soup cooked on pork bones - but there is no trace of animal products in the dish.
