The ramen from Igarashi is 100% vegan and of the highest quality. The noodles are not deep fried and they are thick with a really delicious bite. One serving is cooked in just 3.5 minutes.
This variant is made in Kitakata style, which is famous for its spicy meat sauce - but there is no trace of animal products in the dish. It is spicy, though!
