Ramen from Igarashi is 100% vegan and of the highest quality. The noodles are not deep fried and they are thick with a really delicious bite. One serving is cooked in just 3.5 minutes.
This variant is with a taste of miso, which is especially known in Sapporo on Hokkaido - and there is no trace of animal products in the dish.
