This sake is from Kikusui, located in Shibata in the Niigita region. As a small producer in one of Japan's best regions for sake, they have had to do a lot to get a spot in the market, and they specialize in new ways of making sake.
Kikusui Junmai Ginjo offers fresh honeydew melon and banana, and follows up in the mouth with sweet tangerines.
