This soup base is perfect when you want to get started with your hot pot quickly and don't want to make the stock from scratch. You just need to add the ingredients you want to cook in the soup. This base is made with miso, chili, garlic, chili oil, Korean chili paste and the highly aromatic doubanjiang, so there's a punch of heat as well as loads of umami.
The quantity is suitable for 3-4 people.
