Sesame sauce with several kinds of sesame seeds, both fresh, roasted, black and white, which are both chopped and crushed before the production of this quality sauce. The result is a creamy and rich sauce, which is really delicious as a salad dressing or dipping for nabe (Japanese hot pot).
