Yakinori are thin sheets made of salted seaweed, and it is used especially for sushi, in smaller bits as sprinkles, or as small sheets for a bowl of white rice or a bowl of noodles. In this package there are 10 whole sheets, and they are easy to cut in half if you want to make temaki.
Yakinori is also very suitable for adding to soups in smaller bits, or just for eating with a bowl of white rice.
This nori is produced by Nagai Nori, who supplies the world famous NOBU and Matsushita restaurants, so it is top quality nori.
Green is the second best quality of nori, but still really good, and somewhat cheaper than Gold.
The package contains 10 full-size sheets.
