A fusion product from Spain, which falls into the category "Japamex", a referencee to the Japanese-Mexican fusion cuisine. This is a red chili sauce with a wonderful zest of aromatic and fruity yuzu, and it is excellent in tortillas, on meat sauce, or any dish that can benefit from some extra spice. The red sauce is the spiciest of the two versions.
