Harusame are thin glass noodles made from the starch of root vegetables or beans. Malony Harusame is made from potatoes and corn and can be used in a variety of dishes, both hot and cold. Simply put in a bowl of boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then rinse with cold water, then they are ready for use.
