Maruchan is one of Japan's most famous brands when it comes to instant noodles. You loosen the foil a bit on one side, take out the freeze dried elements from their packets and put them on the noodles, then add boiling water up to the line on the inside of the container. The foil is put back, possibly put a lid on top, and 3 minutes later they are ready to eat.
This version is with deep fried tofu (aburaage).
