Ramen is probably the most well-known Japanese dish outside of Japan, right after sushi. Thin wheat flour noodles. which are served in a delicious, thick soup with a few thin slices of meat, bamboo shoots, and vegetables.
This packet contains both dried noodles, which just have to boil in hot water for a few minutes, as well as soup base mix, which is mixed with boiling water according to the instructions on the wrapper - then you have a boiling hot bowl of ramen ready to eat. Other ingredients can be added according to taste.
Nagahama Yatai Ramen are tonkotsu-ramen, meaning with soup made from pig bones, with a mild taste.
