Hakkaisan is a sake brewery located in Niigata near the Northern coast of the Honshu island. They use water that has run down from the adjacent mountain for the production of sake, and they only produce small batches, as well as use handmade kouji and slow fermentation to achieve the best results.
Seishu er the best selling sake in the Niigata region, and that's not hard to understand. With its fresh and light taste it's a beverage that you never tire of drinking. To be enjoyed cool or chilled, and is suitable for most dishes.
