Ochazuke nori is a blend of small strips of yakinori seaweed, green tea, konbu seaweed, salt, sugar and small pieces of rice cakes, which are eaten on cooked, white rice as an easy and light meal.
Use 1 sachet for 1 bowl of rice and add 150 ml of boiling water.
