Wasabi paste in a tube, essential to have on the dining table when sushi is served. Squeeze a little bit into a little soy sauce and mix well together, and the sushi will be perfectly flavoured - but be careful, if you add too much, it will make your eyes water!
A little tip - try cutting a good slice of beef into dicey bits and fry them at good heat in wasabi mixed up in soy sauce. It's a heavenly taste. Try a small portion first, and if the mixture is too spicy, you can add some ajipon or fresh orange juice to obtain the flavour you like.
