Sapporo Ichiban is one of the best known noodle brands in Japan. This version is made using miso and hot chili peppers, and it offers lots of heat as well as loads of umami. These are the spiciest noodles we have in our range, but fortunately there's lots of other flavors except chili peppers.
The pack contains 3 servings, and one serving is prepared in just 3 minutes. The spice packet contents are placed in a large bowl, and then one serving of noodles are boiled in 450 ml of water for 3 minutes, after which they are poured over the spices in the bowl and mixed well. Prepared meats and vegetables can then be added to taste.
