Natto is fermented soy beans, which is a Japanese specialty that most people in Japan have learned to love in their childhood. They may take a bit of getting used to, similar to how Danes sometimes have difficulty explaining to foreigners why old, smelly cheese is so delicious . the only difference is that natto is a lot healthier!
