When we have some Japanese curry left over, and there's not enough for two days in a row, we always make this dish using the leftovers. It' a surefire hit with the kids.
What you need is:
En rest Japanese curry
500 gr of pasta penne
1 dl of milk
250 gr grated mozzarella
Start by heating the oven to 225 degrees and bring the water for the pasta to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag. At the same time, warm up the curry at low heat, add the milk, and let it simmer for a bit. When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and mix it with the heated curry:
Pour the mix in an oven dish:
Spread the cheese on top:
Put it in the oven and gratinate for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden. Dinner's served!
