Here is an easy and really delicious salad dressing, which is best to make using a food processor or a cutting tool on a staff blender. What you need is:
160 ml of oil, like rapeseed oil, but olive oil is also good
60 ml of Soy Sauce
80 ml of Vinegar
1/2 large onion or 1 whole medium large onion
3-5 black olives
1 carrot
2 large spoons of sugar
1 topped teaspoon of salt
pepper according to taste
Cut the onion and carrot in smaller bits. In case the onion has a very strong flavour, it can be softened in cold water for around 1 hour, or steamed in the microwave oven for 10-15 seconds. Place both items in the food processor:
Blend them well:
It's also possible to chop them finely, but it's a bit of work. Chop the black olives finely:
Mix all the ingredients and fill them in a dressing jar. Adds a great taste especially to green, acidic salads. Enjoy!
