100 gr Kimura Usagi Shiratamako
50 gr grated parmesan cheese
60 ml full milk
1 egg

First mix shiratamako and parmesan cheese in a bowl:

Add the milk little after little while mixing well:

Whip the egg thoroughly:

Mix it with the other ingredients and knead the dough until it's smooth:

Wrap it in foil and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour:

When it has cooled off, heat the oven to 190 degrees (traditional oven), place the dough on a cutting board, and divide it into 12 equally large pieces:

Shape them into small balls and place them on an oven pan on a sheet of baking paper:

Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes, and they are ready to eat. Enjoy!
