We're making a series of recipes showing how easy and delicious it is to use teriyaki sauce for normal day dishes. Here we have prepared chicken and potaties and cooked a wonderful meal with a great garlic flavour. What you need is:
400 gr of chicken thigh filet
1 kg of potatoes
100 ml of Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce m. roasted garlic
Salt and pepper
Peel the potatoes and dice them:
Cut the chicken in smaller pieces:
Boil the potatoes in a pot of water with salt for 5 minutes. At the same time, fry the chicken in a tall fryingpan you have a lid for, and sprinkle salt and pepper on top:
Discard the water from the potatoes and let them dry a bit, then add them with the chicken. Fry both for 2-3 minutes and put the lid on:
Let it steam for 3-4 minutes and remove the lid again. Now add the Teriyaki Sauce:
Fry it while stirring for 2-3 minutes, and serve. Serve it with freshly cooked rice og miso-shiru. Enjoy!
