This is a super easy dish, if you have already had your meat cut in advance and can just take it out of the freezer. Otherwise you need to prepare a bit first and have a butcher make it for you, or cut it like in the recipe for Yakisoba.
What you need is:
750 gr thinly sliced pork
2 cloves of garlic
2 large onions
120 ml of Kikkoman Sesame Dressing
30 ml of soy sauce
A bit of thinly slices spring onion as garnish
Cut the onions in strips, and cut the meat in slightly shorter pieces:
Now fry the meat on a large pan first:
When it's cooked, add the onions:
Mix the sesame dressing with the soy sauce, crush the garlic cloves and add them. When the onions on the frying pan are tender, add the mix:
Fry it well while stirring for 2 minutes, and serve on plates with spring onions sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
